Welcome to Sedona Rebirth Tours and the Heal and Hike experience. Before you embark on this journey with us, we want to ensure that you are fully informed about the potential risks and your responsibilities as a participant. Please read and acknowledge the following:

1. Nature of the Experience:

  • The Heal and Hike experience provided by Sedona Rebirth Tours is intended for personal enrichment, relaxation, and connection with nature. It is not a form of medical or psychiatric treatment, and it should not replace any medical or psychiatric care that you may require. If you have specific medical or psychological needs, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Physical Risks:

  • Hiking and outdoor activities carry inherent physical risks, including but not limited to falls, trips, slips, and encounters with wildlife. The terrain can be challenging, and participants should be prepared for varying levels of physical exertion.

3. Medical Considerations:

  • It is your responsibility to assess your own physical fitness and consult with a healthcare professional to ensure that you are physically capable of participating in outdoor activities, including hiking. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking that may affect your ability to participate safely.

4. Assumption of Risk:

  • By participating in the Heal and Hike experience, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities. You agree to take responsibility for your own safety and well-being during the tour.

5. Release of Liability:

  • To the extent allowed by law, you release Sedona Rebirth Tours and its guides from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other harm that may occur during the Heal and Hike experience.

6. Safety Guidelines:

  • You agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the guides during the tour to minimize risks.

7. Acknowledgment of Risk:

  • Participation in your selected service is confirmation that you have read and understand this acknowledgement of risk form. 

8. Seek Professional Advice:

  • We strongly advise you to consult with a medical or mental health professional if you have any doubts about your ability to safely participate in the Heal and Hike experience.
